Basing on the recommendation of HEC COMMUNICATED in 2018 and reminded recently when HEC was checking staff files;Reference made to the Communiqué of 12th January 2022 and the communiqué of 7th February 2023 requesting the teaching staff to submit to the Office of HR their degrees and certificate of equivalence where applicable;
