Emmanuel NTURANYENABO brings over a decade of experience in communication, public relations, content coordination, multimedia, and documentary filmmaking for NGOs and universities in Rwanda. 

In his current role as the Public Relations Officer at INES Ruhengeri, Emmanuel leads the development and implementation of comprehensive public relations strategies designed to enhance the institution's reputation. 

A journalism and communication graduate, Emmanuel is passionate about narrating the stories of organizations making a positive impact on the world. He is particularly interested in how INES Ruhengeri utilizes applied sciences to improve the lives of students, staff, and the community, driving his active participation in this transformative movement.
