Dr. Tumusherure Wilson is a Social Scientist and Development Practitioner. He currently serves as a lecturer in the Department of Applied Economics at INES-Ruhengeri in Rwanda.

Dr. Wilson holds a Ph.D. in Development Studies, a Master of Arts in Development Studies, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University in Uganda.

Throughout his career, Dr. Tumusherure Wilson has been deeply engaged in both lecturing and research activities. His key areas of expertise encompass teaching and conducting research in social, economic, and educational fields.
