Dr. MUHAYIMANA Victoire, She is a PhD holder in Entrepreneurship; a Post Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (PGCLTHE) from University of RWANDA-College of Education; holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration Project Management option (MBA/PM) from Mount Kenya University (MKU); a Bachelor degree in Business Administration finance option (BBA/F).

She is currently lecturer at INES-Ruhengeri in the department of Enterprises Management, teaching production and operations management, Management of an organization, entrepreneurship management and development. She has attended and offered various trainings in the field of financial management, business management, production and operations management, entrepreneurship development and management, Financial Management, Performance Management, risk management and other business related courses.

Prior, she has worked as a project coordinator and African young entrepreneur’s summit expert; lectured   at Mount Kenya University, as well as financial consultant with over 12 years of progressive working experience in financial management and project management. She has a good publication record and supervises students’ research projects. She carried out  research on access to land for women. She has written a thesis on entrepreneurial  orientation  and the survival of family owned manufacturing companies in Rwanda,she is currently carrying out research on business  creation and sustainability .
