Dr. MBONIGABA Callixte is the Dean and Lecturer of Law in the Faculty of Law and Public Administration at INES-Ruhengeri in Rwanda. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master’s degree in Law from Xiamen University in China, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the National University of Rwanda (now the University of Rwanda). Additionally, he studied Law and Administration in secondary school and conducted studies in Philosophy.

Regarding his work experience, Dr. MBONIGABA has over 8 years of experience in the legal field, including academic, research, and legal practice.
